Alpha Program Overview
The Alpha program is an eight-week brain development program for children ages 5 to 15. It includes 30 total hours across nine sessions and requires an eight-week commitment.

Session Structure and Home Practice
The first two introductory sessions are 4.5 hours each and are conducted on two consecutive days, preferably on weekends. Seven follow-up sessions of three hours each are then conducted once a week.
For children in Brighter Minds training, around 30 minutes of daily home practice is recommended. A structured assessment record and evaluation report are used to measure each child’s progress and success.
